Yes, the pinto is what fried people. The Pacer is the Mirthmobile from Wayne's World. https://i.gaw.to/content/photos/26/8...re.jpg?460x287 |
Gotta have that licorice dispenser installed. |
I can’t get over the lack of fun cars available, people be hoarding until spring I guess |
My buddy is selling an e36 m3 vert for 16k. Same PO that I bought my e36 from. Almost exactly the same mileage is my car. I'll connect you guys if you want. |
I know we usually hate on BlUe StAr MoToRs but this is pretty cool car 07 V8 Vantage 6MT Blue/Black - 34,300 KM - $60K |
Hmm nice car and price from blue star money laundering. Wonder what the catch is. |
Is blue star that bad? |
I think it depends on how you view them, but generally, yes, they are bad. :lol I think westopher has tracked them long enough to paint a not so great picture of them. :p |
It's more that if you just call everything money laundering in the lower mainland you're way more likely to be right than wrong. Remember there was a point where almost every car posted in the CL fails thread was blue star lol |
Aren't these bug eye Celica’s pretty rare? https://www.facebook.com/share/K5mcd...ibextid=79PoIi |
They are, but the GT4 are the ones worth anything. The Reg ST and GT are slow as dirt. |
The regular cars use the same 5S-FE out of a Camry, iron block and makes 130hp. The GT4 has some bespoke suspension bits that are extremely hard to find these days, such as the figure 8 or infinite link. |
The ad says 1.6L but the 5S-FE is a 2.2L and the 7A-FE is a 1.8L. Someone could've swapped in a 4A but I'm pretty sure that's a 7. Either way after 300k you're looking at well under 100FWHP. It'd be fun to toss around in the winter though. |
It could be used as parts to do a LHD conversion on a JDM GT4... |
Look at this post on Facebook https://www.facebook.com/share/WEYUE...ibextid=79PoIi |
^ Impressive specimen, low kms, no rust, cult classic! ... don't know about the price but for a model in 2000, can it be put on collector plates? |
if it's the same one i recall that belonging to someone here |

But would you? Can't drive it to work or school if it is, and it's not exactly a weekend fun car in its current state being automatic and slow af... and you can't collector plate a modified one. |

They do have a kind of "period correct" qualifier... ie: on my MR2 I got all my TRD suspension (springs, strut tower bars and sway bars) included... and you can do a stainless steel exhaust replacement if no OEM is available which is how I have a Greddy PE on mine lol I wonder if they would include B16/B18 as period correct :p |
It's original/factory, so.... why not? :inout: |
Yah according to Hector anyway |
