What's the point of a rwd truck? Don't you just spin out or slip everywhere as the rear has no weight on it? Useless in the snow, mud, truck things.

JDMDreams 03-01-2024 11:26 AM

I wonder why they wrapped it, cuz I recall seeing the grey one on sale, but ready for bad hobz , full China :joy:

dude...do you think all trucks are 4wd?

this isn't a good deal - blows my mind that it can be 75k

but what a car, what a spec, perfect mods. fk - maybe it's not as far out of the realm as it seems

I argue that's a great deal for $65K stock.

Didn't obsessed garage pay $100K USD for the same spec?

The Producer 03-01-2024 02:04 PM

ya - stock might be the move, but I'll bet that intake sounds spectacular.

Hahaha you gotta go through a dealership to help HIM save taxes?

So you end up with an invoice for $67k stock or $75k as is and you gotta pay 12% tax on that so you're up to $8k or $9k of taxes depending which route you go when the amount ICBC is expecting to see on a transfer form is as low as $32k which would mean you'd only pay $4k in taxes.

What an asshole, you gotta pay minimum $4k extra out of your pocket on top of his already inflated price also for his additional benefit? Prolly wants someone to give him their dog and let him fuck their wife/gf too!

Nice car but dude must think it’s still 2021 pricing

Badhobz 03-01-2024 06:01 PM

I don’t know what I love more. His terrible taste in old man barge cars and then wrapping it a wayyy too youthful color, or the fact that bong motors is selling it at a… I smoked Wayyy too much bong … pricing.

Not sure if there's something wrong with it, seems like a good deal for what you get. The new Mustang Dark Horse can't even keep up and is much heavier

whitev70r 03-01-2024 10:11 PM

^ waiting to see if this gets donk approval.

donk. 03-02-2024 05:38 AM

Donk has been telling gerbs to buy it since last month, unknown trim level

if its 1LT then market value, maybe even overpriced, 50k seems to be the bottom for a C7 inncanada
If its 3LT then fair value, add Z51 then even more so

Lots of manuals in 3lt with 20ks for 60K$ right now

Obsessed garage also paid 100k for the same spec as my e36 with 27k miles. The guy lights money on fire for clicks and it makes him money

donk. 03-02-2024 10:21 AM

On the look out for a mazda 3 hatch 2005ish with 150kms ish for 3k, incase anyone scrolls past one. Manual/auto
Lots for 4-5-6k

Or 92-96 prelude manual only sub 6k

JDMDreams 03-02-2024 05:38 PM

Thoughts on the golf r market? Seems to have collapsed, see 16-18 plenty of them at around $25000 range. :considered:

The Producer 03-02-2024 06:06 PM

coming down for sure. i don't think you'll find a 2018 7.5 for 25k tho (besides the one that's clearly been wrecked)

as always - i recommend these cars. Wonderful usability. I hope they'll keep coming down. I was offered a good amount for my Mk6 yesterday. Tempting to sell in the black and pick up another R or a 7.5 GTI for a daily.

just negotiate on the 4k ones for bit less?

3 is pre-covid price and we aint there (yet?)

besides rust those things should be rock solid and sellers are probably aware of that

:notbad:

these are the 87 tercels of this generation. they'll rust away before they break down

a 6k rust free grandma driven garage kept car is worth 6k more than a 3k car that's starting to rust

had 3 new Mazda3's. they were cheap great driving cars.

Speaking of taxes - where's the simplest Black Book these days

I don't want to register, I don't want to contact a dealer

I just want a drop down menu that spits out the valuation used by ICBC for tax.

This must exist - but I keep ending back at the same site that wants too much info.

It looks fairly clean, and the headbolts have supposedly been addressed. I've always like the W204 cars, but I'm not sure if they are any good in terms of reliability.

JDMDreams 03-03-2024 11:43 AM

^^ tell Buddy Guy to fix that abs module for $500 first

I sold my friends with 2xx,xxx KM auto for $2K a month ago :lawl:

Does this look quite cheap? 2016 Model X 75D, 124K kms, with free supercharging @ $46.8K. Brand new, it was like > $80K. Not my thing, those hideous gull wing doors but ... for those looking for an EV SUV.
