What's with that front camber? Is that normal for a Chrysler van? I wonder how many transmissions this thing has been through its entire life? It's been years since I've seen a Chrysler van of this vintage.

Not sure if this is legit but:

Not a good buy but thoughts on these? It's gonna be pretty rare and collectable cuz I think they sold less of these than type r? I see more type r and type s.

Not sure if its a good deal, but looks tastefully modified and I would assume its a blast to drive being so wide with wide tires. DCT and 400hp?

This ain't a 3G TLS - it's cramped, overweight, and underpowered. They aren't selling much because it's not a great car and not because they are production limited.

A lot of times I don't get what Acura is trying to do with the brand and the TLX is a good example of that. The MDX is great but the rest of the lineup is kinda meh. I bet they'd do well if they just focused on being a nicer, faster Honda versus being a mix of that and a half hearted attempt at competing with the Germans.

Those things are universally panned for neither here or there. Wants to be sporty but can't be thrown around, not spacious enough. Honda's turbo V6 just pales in comparison to BMW. Mazda's i6T also has the same problem.

I think the RS touched 15k new. You can question the worth but the ad says sold.

Anyone got any recommendations for a reasonable sedan for my father in law ? We are going to probably put his 128i out to pasture soon. A more modern sedan with modern safety features are important.

My narrow list includes
Is350 awd.
B58 340xi
Whatever Mercedes C class ...

I think the cheapest one here will be the is350 or the is300 (not sure which one I’m leaning towards as it’s sort of redundant given he’s an old man.. both v6 2gR-fks)

The b58 just because I don’t want a stinking 4 cylinder in a bmw. Hopefully with the Toyota influence that engine is reliable. It’s also the fastest one out of the bunch and probably best handling.

The merc is bottom of my list but he might want one because he’s an old man and he might appreciate the badge more.

Nah too big. He wants a small ish car. 2 series is too damn ugly now and he says he wants all wheel drive and 4 doors.

I secretly want to get him a Guilia quad and steal it everyday.

My vote goes to 340xi, especially if it's the 2019+ models. Smooth power delivery, fuel efficient, and more spacious than the Lexus.

The IS is thirsty on gas without the performance to match. The IS300 has the 350 engine but detuned via ECU, so you're still going to get bad fuel economy with the lower performance. The car overall is pretty cramped inside as well.

I have no experience with the C aside from sitting inside one at a dealer. I think those screens on the newer ones might be a challenge for your FIL. With the 3-series you can get around that by going for a pre-LCI model.

Yeah I’m leaning towards the bmw too. He wants it peppy. The Lexus won’t as peppy.
I think the b58 will make it quite a fun little car that I might steal later on.

Why no es350 that's the boomer car, you don't need AWD in Ricemond. I sat in a is500 at the auto show and back seats weren't bad, I guess there new redesign makes it better. You can get him a Cadillac ct4 or ct5 full boomer and China loves Cadillac. Or Buick him with that envista.
