Prices of Lexus hybrid is on crack, might as well go full EV. The premium you pay isn't worth the gas savings. I did the math long ago. People ask for $5000-$10000 on top of the gas only variants, then you still gotta deal with extra cvt, battery dying crap

Keeping my eyes out for a 987.2 manual base Boxster or Cayman if anyone knows of something that may be coming onto the market soon.

Hybrid battery failures are real and expensive for non Toyota brands

With the prices falling these days I'd be looking at no reserve Cars and Bids for a bargain despite the shitty CAD$

Isn't importing a P-car from the USA hell on earth? 18.1% taxes, massively expensive recall letter ($1,000+ if I remember correctly?) and sometimes they don't have dual-displaying gauges for metric/imperial so that's all gotta change too depending on the model.

08 being first year of E82 pre facelift, 150k isn't THAT low of kms. Also I guess N54 are love and hate. Ppl who love it love the power but those who hate it hate the grenade risk. Not sure if the fact it's a 135i rather than 128i increases or decreases the value.
Looks nicely optioned tho with the M package and sport seats.

wouldn't automatically call it a good buy but at least it climbed out of its depreciation curve
frs could still be chipping at below 10k mark
it's on the cusp of taking the position of the gen coupe/350z/g35 pre-covid sweet spot if it hasn't already

Can someone explain why a legend is good? It's some fwd coupe. Why not just get an Accord coupe or tl that's way newer. And way more parts, aftermarket support.

- Looks way cooler than an Accord coupe or TL,
- The C series was Honda's first production V6 series motor
- Despite being 30+ years old, it still has road presence
- You can trick noobs and tell them its RWD because its a longitudinally mounted FWD
Saw a clean white coupe a few weeks ago, still stood out amongst the other cars on the road. If you know, you know, I guess.
Manual Legends and Vigors (Inline 5 wtf) are worth a pretty penny today
