Their carfax thing doesn't seem to work. I would think at this price there's a good chance there's some accident history. I would be in on this if I hadn't bought mine already as this is the "right amount" of luxury for me.

I passed on the car even though it's very close to how I'd spec a 45e. I don't keep my cars for long and that dec will affect resale when it comes time to sell. I think the price is fair given comparables on the market, and the type / dollar amount of damage won't matter as much to someone if they plan to keep the car long term.
