Vancouver cars are under driven and under stressed
They see like 5% of the trauma of LA/NY cars

Almost every performance car is going to have a gotcha. You aren't driving a understressed ratrolla from the 90s that makes 100hp.
E46 - rear subframe, rod bearings, vanos
E9xM - rod bearings, throttle actuators
All Porsches - Bore scoring, especially if it sits a lot
Early AMG 6.2 - head bolts
Audi R8 - rear subframe
Nissan Z - It's a nissan

Throttle actuators aren’t a big deal - rod bearings are tho.
I wouldn’t worry about the PDK

A lot of Type R has the issue where the engine spins the front wheels.
Affects all generations.

They see like 5% of the trauma of LA/NY cars | You should see cars on the island particularly in Victoria. Those cars live the life of luxury being driven by seniors on slow roads with great weather. They make for great used cars.

I thought Victoria cars tend to rust more with all the salt in the air?

Lots of really mint cars over there. It is not saltier than Van really. Old ppl just don’t drive when the weather is bad. Cars never see weather or salt.
Plus, old ppl are easy to take advantage of.
