Even if those cars were available in LHD, the RHD version is only worth it if the car is special enough. For instance, if it was a RHD Lexus IS-F, I wouldn't do it, but I can see the justification.

This Z4 only has the colour going for it. N52 + auto (esp a ZF 6HP) is meh. Hell, if it was a 35i with a manual it would be less wtf. I still wouldn't import one.. but I can see a bit more justification for it.

Even for stuff sold here, to some people some cars are worth it for things like the price or condition that you can't get domestically. It's not really any different than any of the other quirks people put up with because they like a particular car.
