I saw this vehicle for sale last summer. If you could snag it for 6 or so I'd say it's pretty tempting. Unfortunate so much work put into the swap for a fairly mild increase in power but would still be a heck of a lot of fun. The prices E30's are going for these days i'd say it could be a fair deal pending condition.

Not sure if this is a good buy or not, but definitely cool to see one up for sale.

2005 Mercedes-Benz C55 AMG

Could be a really good deal depending on how many KM's the car has.

Clean title, second owner

I still don't understand why they didn't post the KM's in the ad.. :suspicious:

I'd bet you'd be 5-6k into repairs in no time and then have a 9k e36 m3 with a rebuilt title. They should part it. I would if I had room.

If it wasn't rebuilt there is a whole world of awesome that could be had, but all those things would be silly with that title. I mean if it ran, yeah thrash it, or if it was clean title and a paperweight build it, but both is too much against it.

I'd part out the engine and multicartual it, this car is a perfect candidate for someone wanting to 302 an M3. Hell I really wish I could pick it up but I can't atm.

What's the deal with this car? Has it been discussed in here at some point? Looks interesting

Not sure how negotiable this guy would be on the price, but I would definitely hack about $2k off the price due to the propane conversion. No room, but I've always wanted a rambler...

I once bought a 944 for the expensive sum of $800. Was such a fun summer with that car...

1969 Beetle:
This could be a very solid price for someone looking for a driver. If anyone happens to be interested in it, I can highlight all the spots to check. The one shot showing surface rust under the heater channels doesn't appear to be much more than surface rust.

Packard, non running...but wow $7k
If, and this is a big if, the rest of the car looks as good as the two photos...I'd be tempted to head down and take a look. Get it for $6k and I think it's a good buy. I can see some relatively simple labour/materials tasks in the interior, that if done, would allow it to be flipped for money even without it running. I will be honest though, I haven't looked into how available engine parts are. Value will go down with a swap.

That 944 ad says auto, I cant see the pedals but that doesnt look like an auto shifter.

CCA-Dave 02-26-2015 09:48 PM

'85 944 has a horrible automatic shifter. I'd be pretty confident that one us a standard. The ad also says its "supper clean"...anyone hungry?
