Currently 66,000km. Didn't suffer from any clutch slips and only started to shift weird on 1st to 2nd after a transmission reprogramming done sometime around 63,000km.

Weirdly, by the time the clutch parts arrived and the dealership was able to do the work, the shudder from 1st to 2nd had disappeared, may have been due to a weird relearning process or something along the lines of that.

I would pay $30k for an 08 CR but for a run of the mill 05, no thanks. A nice sub 80k car can be bought for $20k if you are patient and willing to go outside BC, lots of babied summer only cars in Alberta, etc. A MINT and perfect one can be found for $25k all day long. $30k is craziness, up there with the idiot with the AP1 wanting $28k for his on Auto Trader.

Yup.

Been eyeing this one a bit, just not sure if I want a 4wd or not. And I am undecided if I want an early model car so you get the dual row (terminology?) IMS bearing. Don't really care for the overpriced bucket seats, but having the Sparco mounts would be cool. And it being a rebuild would definitely help your negotiation out, and it has low km's.

1999 Porsche 911 Carrera 4 - Manual Transmission - Blue on Grey ++++++

It has 2002+ headlight. I guess the front end was replaced during rebuild process.

does that import label shown mean it's a us import? so is the mileage listed in km or mi? not sure if the clocks were changed to metric.

i-vtecyo 03-27-2015 10:37 PM

not necessary an excellent deal, but i still think its a good buy if your in search for a miata + the intentions of modding. In addition, summer is right around the corner!

1991 Miata w/ TONS of mods

hud 91gt 03-27-2015 11:34 PM

I think that would be a great little toy. Just needs a turbo.

knight604 03-28-2015 12:48 AM

vitaminG 03-28-2015 01:49 AM

RevYouUp 03-28-2015 01:50 AM

Great deal for the blue one. People are asking that much for stock miatas with no hardtop..

flagella 03-28-2015 06:54 AM

If only I had $4,500 lying around for thay blue miata

boatcaptain 03-28-2015 07:32 AM

that miata was nuts!!

MindBomber 03-28-2015 10:09 AM

The blue one looks like a straight up steal, but the yellow one looks like a poorly put together piece of shit and they want quite a bit for it.

LT1 sounds like shit.

Ford 302 sings a lovely song, LT1 is like a constant wet fart.

jasonturbo 03-28-2015 10:51 AM

bomiheko 03-28-2015 11:20 AM

Looks like the guy got a ton of responses, he raised the price to $5500 now.

jpark 03-28-2015 11:41 AM

^what was it before?

mb_ 03-28-2015 11:42 AM

$4,500

fliptuner 03-28-2015 11:48 AM

The blue one looks like qwerty's old car.

If so, when he sold it last year, it was a very well put together track/daily.

knight604 03-28-2015 12:24 PM

WARNING: The owner of this vehicle had parted the wheels and sold the car back in December. This ad looks like those Surrey ads trying to collect personal contact info (names/numbers).
