Since the title is clean it would be worth it if you could get it low enough and then pick up one of those damaged ones posted earlier (again for low enough). Swap over the lower k suspension and driveline and keep the old stuff as spares, then part out the rest of the wrecked one.
But the problem is still the price, at asking price you'll be near $50k for the two cars before you even get into them, and for $50k CDN I can hop on NSX Prime and pick up a clean 91 any day of the week by the looks of it. So then it's only worth it for someone who wants to have an NSX right now but also have a spare motor to build for later use.

The s2k owners have been trying pretty hard to take advantage of the high demand coupled with lack of supply here, but just failing to realize premium apply to only a few very mint and stock ones. At some price point, which most have exceeded, the potential buyers will start looking elsewhere.
