Since the 1M has most of the M3 suspension, it also has the M3 LSD diff, something the 135i doesn't have.

Silly wabbits, electronic brake diff isn't the same as a real limited slip diff.

The buyer of the blue AP1 s2000 lives around the corner from me. Lucky guy. It's a great looking color

DODGE CHALLANGER 2014

Seems like a good price, unless it has accidents. It's impractical, huge, heavy, bad on gas, and not that fast, but I still want one.

Yeah the 1M never came with dct. That's one of the reasons the 1M is awesome.

they were sold 6MT only. only a few options available as well.

The later application N54's didnt seem to suffer the same reliability woes like the earlier N54...

1970 vw single cab

So sick. What a perfect fucking body to start a rat beetle van. Leave it as is, slam it down. Make it run, done!

MindBomber 04-27-2015 11:26 AM

Do want. I'd be curious to hear Dave's thoughts on it.

Doesn't seem that great, my buddy picked up a 2010 track pac for under 25 through a dealer. Not to mention my 4.6 pulled on it.

josel_atr 04-27-2015 02:24 PM

if anyone is looking for a beater and maybe a diesel project. heres another jetta tdi

2000 Volkswagon Jetta TDI

these things get good mpg and cheap to insure. this specific one has sunroof and leather interior. tdi's could be modded and flashed for decent improvement on power/torque. lots of aftermarket parts and online forums for support and help

id buy it if I had space :(

picture is of a stick shift, yet he mentions it has paddle shifters in the ad? seems a little fishy.

the picture does look like the one up the street from me, in which case he might be selling cause another guy two doors down has a same one

Reliability woes for the N54 itself or just parts in general? The n54 itself is extremely reliable.

Not sure if I would count the water pump, thermostat and high pressure fuel pump as part of the N54.

Due to the number of failures for the above parts, BMW have been revising them since 2007 and I believe any replacements after 2011 should have a 80% less failure rate.

The long block itself is fine, its just everything around it! :lawl:

Why not to you? :toot:

westopher 04-27-2015 07:21 PM

I want to so badly but I realistically decided I should wait until my wife is done school. Living on 1.25 incomes means I want a big cushion of savings incase we need it. I'd have to take too deep of a dip to be comfortable to be a porsche owner right now.

white rocket 04-27-2015 07:54 PM

I wonder what pricing would be like if it were black or white? That color combo is just kinda awkward, yet kinda classy, yet ugly.

StanleyR 04-27-2015 08:13 PM

I find colors like that should be worth MORE since nobody cared for them to keep them around.

I'll be honest- I fucking love that colour on that year...

:megusta:

essel 04-27-2015 08:59 PM

I actually think that colour is gorgeous

westopher 04-27-2015 09:20 PM

Agreed 100%. Old school cool. What the fuck do I know though, my car is purple.

tofu1413 04-27-2015 09:24 PM

That is a very cool era correct color :megusta:

SkunkWorks 04-27-2015 09:29 PM

Any pcar that isn't black or guards red is usually worth more due to 'rarity' :lol
