2013 Ferrari California

This is a relative "good buy". Barely used Ferrari California.

For anyone looking for a 993 6spd coupe (Yes a coupe! So many cabs on the market). Price is ok considering the exchange rate now.
95 C2 - 60k miles - $40,000
1995 Porsche 911 993 Carrera2

I'll hold out for an arena red 97. :hotbaby:

Really wish I was still in the market for a car

pretty sure this car was selling a few months back too..then i guess the person who bought it decided to sell it again??

I agree, the details of the ad is inconsistent and makes me question whether or not this guy knows what he's talking about, or if he's just copy and pasting info from the old ad..

If you look at the pictures, there are two different licence plate numbers on the car. this car was probably recently bought and he is using old pictures from previous owner?

I have seen and sit in the car in person. It pulls hard! Very loud which is totally out of my acceptable range. Bought e60 instead, but it's too quiet lol.
Free feel to pm me if you want more info on that e39

Am i the only one seeing the big MM Design sticker and pink mirrors? :suspicious:

GabAlmighty 04-27-2014 03:32 PM

I'm going to say this is a good buy almost strictly because the man put together a very good ad and seems to know his stuff and would seem to have lots of documentation to back it up. Plus, the car looks badass

Touregs are seriously so nice for what they are. I'd take one over a cayenne and they are like half the price.

Since you're an ex-dub guy westopher what's the general concensus on them? Reliability, etc.

westopher 04-27-2014 04:21 PM

Honestly I'm not entirely sure. I'm under the impression they are substantially better than the cheap stuff like base model mk6 jettas etc. but imagine they suffer from the electrical demons. The truth about VWs from my experience is everything is a crapshoot. I think they lack quality control. My GTI was such a reliable car, and I neglected and beat it at various times. I didn't have one issue with it, however people I know with the exact same car have dealt with pure garbage. I think the toureg would be a dice roll. Could get lucky 7s, could get snake eyes and lose the farm so to speak.

Phil@rise 04-27-2014 04:38 PM

Hmmm I've owned a dozen vw's and only one was crap.

I had an 04 S60 NA Volvo S60 with issues. Everyone I knew loved theirs, not me!

Now I only rent them from Budget and let someone else swallow the repair bills and depreciation

And the ad was flagged for removal :concentrate:

I wish I read it before it was pulled as I know the owner of the car. It's a garage queen. It very rarely comes out and when it does, it's only on bright, dry days. I just spoke to him last week and he never mentioned selling it.

If you're gonna buy a sketchy VW group SUV, might as well get a Cayenne. Go big or go home right..they're both gonna be money pits anyway.

Lomac 04-28-2014 11:19 AM

Cayenne.... :heckno:

I'd rather the Toureg as well.
