They were around $30K USD new.
In 2008/09 people were able to negotiate them down to $27K USD and $30K USD for a CR.

In 1999/2000 when they first went on sale locally, they were around $50-55K cdn.

according to google. the MSRP of CR is $37k USD, $38k USD with a/c

Ap1 S2K

Future Collector, but it'll be a while...
If you can find a nice, clean, stock, relatively unmolested one and keep the km's low while enjoying it, its probably not gonna drop much lower than 15k, and I wouldn't be surprised if it goes over 30k in 10-15 years...

Hey RS users, I need your help.

2006 aspen white sti

Is this a fake ad? I sent a few emails to the owner and he gave me the "I'm out of town will be back" BS

Anyway, he stopped replying since he got back as I setup a viewing.

Would appreciate it as that car looks interesting.

Yes, but in 08/09 some people on S2ki reported they were able to negotiate the prices down as that was when the US had their financial woes and dealership had trouble selling them at the MSRP.

that's way too much money.....for $35K and 115K kms, you are almost in 2005 997 money....you are better off getting a updated 2002+ C4S for $35K. Those eye yolk headlights are ugly....

With all those mods on his 996.1, imo, a fair price would be between $22K to $27K tops......

Seems to be real, but whether or not the person is actually trying to sell it, I don't know.
