A 50th Anniversary Edition (RPO Z25) was offered during the 2003 model year to commemorate a half-century of Corvette production. Available in convertible and coupe models (but not with the Z06)
The guy is just mistaken, all 03s came with 50th Anniversary badging, the "50th Anniversary Edition" came only in red ext/beige int/non-Z06

Also, wrong colour and wrong wheels.
Technically all 2003 Corvettes are considered Anniversary models, but only a select few are Anniversary Editions. I think the seller may have just mixed up the two words.
Or you meet some girl at the club, cum inside of her, find out shes only in grade 12, so you buy a Prada bag for her to make things right, she finds out the bag is a fake and decides to have the kid

Probably because of the hit and too much hassle. Nobody wants a car with such a huge claim. It's just like saying why did it take so long for a rebuilt title S2000 to sell.
From what I gathered from the owner, he claims to have owned it for a number of years, with 40000km on the top and 10000km bottom end. No I.C.E. and is happy to show the vehicle tonight.
I would definitely do a full mechanical and body inspection prior to purchase if the claim does not bother you.

1992 Nissan President Sovereign, Black
1991 Nissan Skyline GT-R, Black
1989 Nissan Skyline GTS-4, Black
1986 Porsche 944, Black
Can jpark chime in here? He bought that red m3 with similar... 20k front end hit when it was a year or two old something along the lines
When you had it checked out what did the body shop/inspection of frame tell you
lol i got lucky, i ran a history report on it and the claim was only $9800 that happened in 2004 when the car was still pretty much new, minus some small glass claim that happened in 2010 and 2012. The guy selling didn't have a clue, never ran a report and just went by what the previous owner told him or w.e he was told. Obvsly i didnt bring this up when i bought the car.
Either way, i got the body shop to strip the entire front end off and check for any welds or any awkward fixes. Headlights, bumper, rad support, fans, all came off and was inspected. I was willing to compensate the owner pretty decent for his time if i didn't end up buying the car. Everything checked out fine, 1year and 2 months of ownership, nothing wrong with the car
@Aznboi: Haha, yeah wouldn't expect too much from the na. The reason why I'm looking for a na as opposed to a turbo is the problem with the turbo that go out eventually with these cars. I know it takes out the fun factor, but I'm just looking for a reliable car that won't cost a fortune to fix down the road.
@thumper: Thank you for the information!
@heleu: Thanks for the heads up. I'm hesitating a little bit about this one because of the price. I'm not too sure how much these wagons go for because there isn't too many on the market. A 2008 one with the facelift would actually be an ideal one, but I'm assuming it will be in the >10k.
