@heleu: Thanks for the heads up. I'm hesitating a little bit about this one because of the price. I'm not too sure how much these wagons go for because there isn't too many on the market. A 2008 one with the facelift would actually be an ideal one, but I'm assuming it will be in the >10k. | i'm not trying to dissuade you from this one. i'm just saying find out what needs to be done and for how much, and then decide whether the asking price is still good or not based on that. like everyone else said it's not a common car so choices are few.

^ I saw that post as well. I would be interested if it was manual. The price is indeed pretty good for a GT if everything checks out, though it is an out of province vehicle.

Adding a huge sub in the trunk to make the car even more likely to take you backwards into a tree sounds brilliant as well.

Having personally owned a 94 MR2 with the NA motor and the automatic, it is pretty terrible. However, a 94 is pretty hard to find and often makes a good candidate for a swap...
