Oh man... I am huge fan of these EP3, and for $800, I totally would have bought it even with those issues...
I saw a number of these Civics going for ~$5k last year. The mileage was higher than 110k, but the price doesn't seem out of line to me. | I sold my '02 Civic coupe for $4k in April. A clean '10 is worth way more than $5k.

Not cheap but it looks very clean and white/tan looks gorgeous. Seems to be several very clean S2000s on CL lately.

There's black book value, then there's market value...
look at the E46 M3 and S2000.
To us dealers, they're 5-6k cars on book.
