I'm not sure if it applies to the Accord but maybe check the door actuators?
I tried convincing my significant other to drive manual which is why I didn't get the TL Type S
And seeing this Honda Accord makes me more

I eventually found one but found it to be of a bit of a pig handling wise so I scratched it from my shopping list. They have gobs of power and are very comfortable though. They eat through rear brakes for some reason and also may suffer from the common "popping out of 3rd gear issue" which can be costly to repair. Otherwise I don't remember that they have any other any real issues to look for. This particular one seems very fairly priced and is probably worth the full asking price if it checks out.
