This guy buys the shittiest salvage cars from icbc, bondos them up and sells them on his lot. He doesn't disclose the title of the cars in the ad and gets all antsy when asked about it.

That car seemed pretty clean for a rebuild compared to some of the clean title AP2s out there. Unfortunate that it ended on Kingsway.
