The exhaust looks aftermarket, sticks out quite a bit. I'm thinking it was E92 exhaust, but he put it on E90.

lip, wheels and spoiler indicate it's a factory turbocharged mazdaspeed miata: 2004 Mazda Miata 
01 with the wheels and lip (most likely 6 speed) indicates it's got sport package:
bilstein shocks, factory chasis bracing and LSD
with all the upgrades and hardtop, its a bargain indeed 2001 Mazda Miata (with hard top) | |

Mazdaspeed Miatas aren't as great as you guys think. Can get better dollar/performance from a "normal" Miata with a turbo kit

Hard to put a price on this guy being so heavily modified, depends on the quality of work. Smiles per dollar ratio seems like its a great buy to me though. Can you imagine how this thing feels?! 1972 BMW 2002 Tii

It's at sovereign motors, a very respectable dealership, however I'm sure while the s14 is common knowledge to BMW fans like us, it's not to a dealer.

Yes but something tells me "suspensions" like springs from a 2002 to an e30 m3 are not cross comparable. If you're going through the trouble of retrofitting some shocks, we all know the best way to do is replace it ALL, that way you also get an e30 m3 brake upgrade at the same time.
