Maybe its just me but that sounds really weird, bought it in march and looking to sell already? Also when people put "reps" on their car, I cant really trust them lol
And who takes a pic of their odometer liike that? LED foglights? Came from Calgary and never winter driven? | Must be a US car, trying to hide the hand brake indicator light.

The cooling system and the suspension bushing overhaul? | It depends on how in depth you want to get, and how much you want to do yourself. I can really only speak for the e36 but I think the m54 engine in the 330i shares a lot of similarities price wise with the s52 from my car. All the parts for the cooling system overhaul will run 500-700 and the jobs are absolutely a reasonable job for a novice, a friend and a case of beer.
The suspension overhaul parts are about 500-1000 for a parts kit depending on if you go oem or not. This is not so much a complicated job but one that needs proper tools like a press, and a fair bit of down time to go the full distance. If budget about 1500-2000 for parts and labour from a shop for a full, worry about nothing for 100k overhaul. It's a pricey proposition for a 10k car, but that said that's the reason you can buy one for 10k.

Theres no other issues with the car, transmission from Nissan is crazy expensive, 30+K, and its my buddies ad.
Most likely going to the US, cheaper for them, duty free, and rebuilding/replacing trans is cheaper down south.

Burns very little oil. (Around half a liter every 3k). Very common for B series engines.

Most likely going to the US, cheaper for them, duty free, and rebuilding/replacing trans is cheaper down south. | I know the early trans is weaker but I find that unlikely given that there are a lot of them rolling around with higher k and no problems. Either way the price is still too high, for a Canadian or an American, compared to other GTRs imo.

I've messaged countless guys asking what kind of maintenance is done in the past 50k, and many will tell me just brakes and oil change | Its also not necessarily the case with a 25k or 40k BMW.
A 25k e46 m3 better have that done though, a 17k e46 m3 will not.
A 15k 330i better have that done, a 10k 330i will likely not.
This car has the RTABs done already which is known to be a bitch, like I said, if you are seriously interested jump on it. Its market value or below for a rare, awesome car.

Car was out of warranty and after all the horror stories heard, car wasn't launched and broke under normal use. First owner only had the car for 2000kms though. The price is aimed for an American buyer and realistically 42,000USD is what it would sell for. Running 2010's with similar mileage ask 59,500-65,000USD. Sucks because the rest of the car is mint

That 330ci looks like a REALLY good buy assuming PPI checks out. Expect to replace fuel pump/filter fairly shortly after too (i had to swap mine out at like 140k). Cooling system overhaul is pretty straight forward with these. I'd say swap out the radiator while you're at it if you have the extra dough.
One thing to note with the ZHP, you're very likely to get VANOS rattle early on these so be prepared to have the seals replaced fairly soon. Although it won't destroy your engine your car will drive like ass. I need to do mine soon too
