Is he purposely shaming himself or are those warnings?

Its pretty clearly someone who got fucked over by him (allegedly) making an account sort of pretending to be him.

boostfever 11-07-2015 12:25 AM

Westopher is correct. This is the real account.

"technoviolet" heart!

Pretty crazy story for him. I'll try to sum it up briefly.

- Designs widebody for S2k and it clicks with everyone
- One man show himself takes in a gazillion pre orders
- Tries to produce it locally but couldn't figure out production (not sure about details)

- Pre orders waited 1 year+ with nothing and he's swamped with emails.
- Does not communicate well with customers

- Commissions a CF/FRP company in California to produce it
- But that shop has now stolen the design and kicked him out of the loop. Selling the flares on eBay. Sucks when you put in the work to design it.
- Pre orders have slowly, very slowly been fulfilled.

Anyways back to topic. The red one is a terrible deal because it's an early AP1 with plastic window. The KMs aren't even thaaaat low. Been for sale for months. The CG car might be worth it but it's definitely a project track car that isn't perfect.

You should, because if 120,000 km for MY01 (8,000-9,000km per year) isn't relatively low mileage as the above person said, I don't know realistically what the hell it is.

2003 Mercedes S55

I agree. 120k km's is pretty low.
Driver seat looks to be in great shape. Most will have the outside bolster crushed from the driver getting in and out, much like the JDM ITR recaro's.
Not a great deal, but given how little S2000's are for sale locally, owner may actually fetch that price for his car.

Hate seeing s2000's being posted for 20k+ and being considered a good deal. 06 AP2's were sold in the high 20's 7 years ago..

flagella 11-07-2015 04:06 PM

We all hate it and don't like to consider as a good deal. Unfortunately, supply and demand fundamentals prevail. If you don't like it, don't touch it. Someone else might. If not, price will go lower naturally.
