That car doesn't really need much. The owner has taken really good care of it. I think the price is in the ball park considering how much one would spend to bring anything out there to this condition. If I were in the market I would have thrown him a reasonable offer an see if he took it.
you the seller?
Regardless, this model with auto isn't on anyone's wish list when looking for an older BMW.
It's about as desireable as a minty Volvo 262C Bertone
I have never imported a vehicle before, how legit are these guys, I have read a few story's where exporters in Japan steal your money or send you a mini after paying for a Ferrari.
Brave has generally reviewed pretty well. They curate their stock they purchase well enough that you won't be buying a total lemon, regular maintenance aside.

Thanks, just trying to workout if Brave Auto is the real deal before I pull the trigger, just spent an hour searching the Internet again about them, seems to be a lot of positive reviews on different forums but these days it is hard to tell if the reviews are genuine or not so thank you for your reply.
keep in mind that Audi S4 ad posted earlier the guy said his car was from brave auto and hes buying his next vehicle from them as well. so you could likely assume they didnt rip him off.

Car is @ Dueck Downtown
Might be worth a look. At least it's not that one Honda Dealership
I flew to Calgary, rented a car and drove to Red deer to look at a car once. Then I drove back, because I got scared of the amount of work involved which I knew prior to going. haha
$12 - 14k as asking price. I'd imagine the actual transaction price to be a bit lower.
But still, 83k km on the odo is very low. The ones I've seen before are all in the 120k+ range.
You can certainly get an earlier model year RSX-S in the $4-5k range. They will be more beat up, have much higher mileage, and has the K20A1 instead of the higher powered K20Z1. The suspension is also slightly better in the 05-06 cars as well, but there is only so much lipstick you can apply on a pig to make that rear suspension work.
Honestly, that ad is from mid November.
We don't even know if that car is still for sale.

If I ever list my car I think I'll put my location as Victoria to weed out the flakers.
If you are serious about making a 12k+ purchase, 100 bucks and a few hours isn't going to be the deal breaker.

You may get hassled by the Victoria flakers, but they aren't going to be setting up appointments in Vancouver to go for a joy ride. Neither will the Vancouver ones, unless they are serious.
When I listed my Civic, I had over a dozen people make appointments to see it the first Saturday and another few for Sunday. Pissed me off so much waiting around all day.
4 people showed up, 3 made offers. Didn't take the highest offer as their offer was pending pre-purchase inspection. Took the highest offer that wasn't subject to a PPI. Not that I was afraid it wouldn't pass, but guaranteed money now is better than maybe money later, even if it's a bit more ($300, not a huge difference). Plus it's a guarantee I don't have to show the car again, wasting more time.

Wait, are we talking about cars or houses in Vancouver?
Honestly, having to deal with flakers is part of life.
Look at all the people that walk into bestbuy to look at the electronics and then go and buy the same item online wherever it is the cheapest.
Or they buy it and then demand a price match because it is cheaper somewhere else.
