Supposedly the targa top revision did not reduce rigidity but did increase weight due to the added aluminum to maintain said rigidity.

I think that's a good price given our dollar right now. The k's are alittle high but it has some very nice options on it. If it has a clean history and checks out I would go for it. I love my Cayman!

I actually swung by there today but only had a couple of minutes. Sales guys was nice, opened it up and took a look around. Said he'd be happy to let me drive it when I had more time. Car was straight, no overspray anywhere, interior was good except for some peeling of the soft touch around the window switches. I said it needed tires, he said they were going on this week.

I got the impression they would do a deal on it. I'd get my own ppi including scoping the cylinders for scoring.
