Guy wants 25k for it. There are a LOT of stories behind it apparently.

richardmozis 02-09-2016 06:00 PM

It does look nice though

I've looked at it up close many times. Its got its fair bit of paint issues.
Do I want it? Yes.
Would it cost me at least 25k more to be happy with it? Yes.
It needs an s14, an interior, an actual e30 m3 suspension, a respray, and some OEM or at least some real quality wheels.
Chris from CG parted it. He's not a guy who wants e30 m3s off the roads, and he's certainly a guy with the talent to put it back together if he deems worthy.

IS250's have an issue with carbon build up, at that mileage if it hasn't been cleaned it'll need cleaning. Every year. Toyota has revised the piston and rings, but that's a temp fix.

It is a decent deal though.

^^ who heads TO alberta for work these days :derp:

Reduced price - 2008 BMW 135i M-Sport *6 spd manual*

this is coming down into good buys territory. Bit of old man spec interior. I spoke to the owner a few weeks ago at 20k - has records. If you could get him into the 17's you'd do well.

dared3vil0 02-10-2016 08:37 AM

I have quite a soft spot for beige, old man spec interiors LOL.

Every time i'm day dreaming at work building my daily driver 991 Turbo S and GT3 track car on Porsche's website, it's always 18 way sport seats + beige natural leather.

considering it is a clean title facelifted model in white, and also sought after OEM HFP kit.

it might not be the best price, but definitely a rare combo.

it oem kit can be sold up to $1k USD in the states depends on condition..

Traum 02-10-2016 12:06 PM

Don't forget -- $8k is the asking price. And asking =\= transaction.

My EP3 is also a white 2004 with the HFP body kit and only 119,000 kms. I'd love to get $8,000 for it!

The 2004's with the 5 bolt wheels and improved suspension rarely come up for sale. The 2002-2003's are way more common.
