While that is the ideal way of thinking to better society as a whole, capitalism boils down to wolf and sheep. Just need to decide which one you are.(yes I know that line was in Better Call Saul). There are some jobs that depend on manipulation to make the first dollar, let alone "more". Skillset can equal the willingness to be a douche and nothing more.

I don't like it but it's today's world.

To stay on topic-ish: I'm really hoping the buyer of GC8's ITR isn't a "flipper" because his car was ripe for that kind of move given the US market.

Definitely more cool AF then a good buy but still.......If it's all sorted and could shave a couple G's off the asking I'd call it a good buy. Low kms chassis too. Rep wheels though :(

If thats what you were going for, you certainly couldn't build it for that cheap. I think its a great buy in that sense. Looks like the 20 year older version of my gti when I had the borbets on it. Its a set of wide RMs away from being perfect.
Edit: just read it has a set of ATS wheels with it!!

It's a mint car no doubting that.

i wonder why no interior shots... but all i can focus on is the uneven fender gap with the sides of the front bumper:

unless that how it should be?

westopher 04-02-2016 07:31 PM

So want. Bumper can be adjusted quite a bit I'm sure but there is usually a noticeable gap height wise from the bumper to fender on the e30 m3. This one seems to have alignment issues front to back though.

$48k for a replica? Eff that.

westopher 04-02-2016 08:15 PM

Oh fuck I thought it was just an EVO replica, not a rep of an actual m3 LOL. That's fucking retarded. Vlad (who built it) is absolutely infamous for how shitty the work he puts out is as well. Look into the stories of the e30 m3 touring rep he built.
I have admit though this car looks really nice other than a couple panel gaps.

haha, I just did the same thing. I'll take my thanks back now :P. Not that the car is horrible but $48K? C'mon, that's just ridiculous.

I asked the guy a couple times for a picture but he wouldnt send any. anyways, he said it was driven under a semi truck trailer so the roof was done for.
