^ I believe the owner (or a previous owner) was a BCBimmer member. If so, it should be pretty well maintained.

I am not equating BCB = well maintained. I just meant if it's the same car I am thinking of, which was owned by a BCB member, I've met the guy (Nate) and have seen the car in person and this particular car is indeed pretty sorted.

The TL has a number of goodies on the car as well. Brembo caliper upgrades, steel brake lines etc. If it wasn't for the fuel mileage I would've jumped on it myself.
hes asking 2k obo on bcbimmers fyi, also it was purchased for 1k i think about a month ago. it does have some new parts but i dunno id do a thorough check...
Sounds like it's got some electrical issues, and may not be running. Some rust to take a close look at. But this *could* be a fantastic way to enter the classic car world. If I wasn't heading out of town, I'd be taking a hard look at this one. Prospective buyers should google Meteor interior photos...if the seats and door panels are done factory style, this one is a no brainer. Drive it, enjoy it, and if the rust becomes too much to fix/handle, part out the interior, trim and parts and you'd be well ahead of your investment.

p.s. but I'd prefer you repair the rust and keep another classic on the road!

This guy lives in my building, and I parked next to this for a few years in our underground. It's a sweet looking car... doesn't drive it much, but still in great shape. Hope that he finds a good home for it.
