I feel like both ads are fake. Evo ad, background cars have no front plates. M3 ad is a pre-LCI with LCI tail lights. Car also has no front plate.

If it was restored in Japan and had the engine redone, how does it only have 100 miles on the engine? Either the guy trailered it to take all those pictures or it got rebuilt again in the US. The price got bumped to $75k US too.

It's a limited production CR model with no accidents and 45k... A good non CR 08 with that mileage would likely be upper 20s, I don't actually think that's crazy at all.
