What I can say is it's an L76 6.0 V8. 360hp / 380tq
In other words, it's an LS2 with Active Fuel Management. Same motor used in Silverados & Sierras. It's paired to a 6spd auto with sport and manual modes.
The car has a 51 / 49 weight distribution
I do miss my old car but I don't miss car payments at all

I'd rather have the V8 RS4 that came after it...which goes for around the same price.

tough to say since they are fairly rare and never sold in north america
there was black one grade 3.5 and 150k kms that went for 17k USD at auction last month. im sure the one posted went for a lot more though
sick car, if they were US legal he'd probably get close to 40k for it.

thoughts on this one for the next winter car?
2009 Saab 9-3 Aero Sportcombi XWD 2009 Saab 9-3 Aero SportCombi XWD Mint condition for $9,800 in OTTAWA | autoTRADER.ca
I'm heading out there next week to visit family and am thinking about picking this car up? It's a bit of a unicorn that ticks all boxes for the next winter car (XWD=way less torque steer than the FWD Aero's, 6MT, wagon, 280hp). It comes with 2 sets of wheels (stock and tasteful A/M wheels) with good tires, owned by a grown up. Slap an ECU tune and a short shifter on it and away you go. It's not the most attractive car I've ever laid eyes on but it definitely is unique. Give me your thoughts RL'ers.
Compared to the 330ci a couple of posts above it's a way more compelling proposition. 2004 bmw 330ci M package
That ZHP is dripping in questionable cosmetic mods with no talk of service or maintenance, just comes across like the wrong sort of previous owner (the "Dreaded Previous Owner.")

Makes them extra rare since it was US exclusive. $100 later for a PPI and it may not be so bad (well, after you get rid of all the buddy guy mods on it). To me it seems like the owner doesn't exactly know what he has.

^Canadian ZAM is the "m package" and roughly equivalent to the US zhp, it was available on coupes as opposed to zhp.
Also that benz is sick, got to be the cheapest ticket to a v12
