I considered getting one myself but I bought my RS4S on auction for way less than 260s were going for, and I still have a factory manual with plenty of aftermarket support. But there is a prestige of course of owning basically a GTR Wagon if that's what you're after.

years 04-05 are more desirable. mileage is fairly high for what they are asking for

There was an 04 , 120k, sold by an RS member asking 8k.
