1990 was the first year of the ZR1 so it still had the old C4 design. 1991 was the first year of the C4's refresh, hence the style changes. The square taillights were supposed to be unique to the ZR1 but GM went GM and included them in the refresh for all C4s.
Also, the VIN on the window sticker would certainly match the one on the dash, otherwise it wouldn't be included in the ad.
It's my car and will be on sale for a week before it heads to the dealership. I think I've priced it competitively compared to other ads on CL. I've also seen a couple of other TL Type-S posted in this thread, and priced mine below them.
Bit of a side bar, but on the subject of the Porsche bubble popping, there are now 14 GT4's for sale in Canada, and the prices are seemingly creeping down.
All the cars I'm watching for seem to be losing value or sitting on the market, I think by winter 2017 there will be plenty of bargains around... maybe wait a bit if you're hunting for something desirable.
