nice! They were considerate enough to take pics of it in the state the new owner will find it most of the time.......on a trailer being towed into the shop to to cost $23,000 in repairs....each time.

I love those cars but :heckno:

^^ I don't know man. people in Quebec beat their cars. a lot of very new cars are all rusty and banged up. they really beat their cars.

asma123 08-01-2016 08:48 PM

Deff would not buy. French people are like the really bad drivers in Richmond. Add that plus the snow conditions and rust. Yeah no thanks.

bcuzracecarz 08-01-2016 09:01 PM

Not to mention 200k kms and a US vehicle, to go along with it being on a trailer. Definitely not a good buy

The_AK 08-01-2016 09:38 PM

Dont they have cobblestone roads in Montreal too? Good night sweet shock absorbers

jasonturbo 08-01-2016 09:49 PM

Drivers in Quebec aren't bad, everyone is just hyper aggressive lol I kinda like it.

They salt the ever living fuck out of the roads in the winter and the mafia road builders like to use cement made out of some mysterious compound that falls apart after one winter so the pot holes are like omg terrible.

Not much for cobblestone, just old Montreal (view port) where the super tourist area is.

But yeah, most cars from Quebec are beat

pretty sure it's the other way around

the average motorists in QC is aggressive and is infinitely better at driving in winter conditions than your average Vancouver driver.

ahallsy17 08-02-2016 11:27 AM

I think this is a pretty good deal:

Low km, 6 speed, desirable (to me) colour combo, and winters NOT on steelies. Don't know if it's single owner or not. Debating to check this out and sell my car....

SOHC Accord motor in a teg wtf?

H.Specter 08-02-2016 06:57 PM

FS: 2010 Impreza Wagon/Hatch 2.5i manual, 81k, 1 owner, no accidents

FS: 2010 Impreza Wagon/Hatch 2.5i manual, 81k, 1 owner, no accidents - $9750 (Vancouver)

condition: good
cylinders: 4 cylinders
drive: 4wd
fuel: gas
odometer: 82000
paint color: white
size: compact
title status: clean
transmission: manual
type: wagon

Lowest priced, non-rebuilt Impreza on Craigslist or Canadatrader. This is a base model with cloth seats, hubcaps and no fog lights. Selling because we have two cars and live downtown - doesn't make much sense.

Car originally from MB but brought it with us on our move to Vancouver a year and a half ago. Almost 82k kms, pearl white, manual transmission, all 4 tires in good condition (all seasons), brakes good, clutch good, runs perfect. ONE owner (my girlfriend) who bought it brand new in 2010. Not rebuilt, clean title, with no declarations or claims - but the car needs a new front bumper. Rear bumper has a few knicks and passenger rear outer taillight is cracked (but not split open). Comes with OEM roof rails, aftermarket head unit with bluetooth. Recent oil change, newer battery, new windshield wipers.

$9750 obo. I am available to show the car any weekday after 4pm and weekends are fine.

There's no replacement for displacement Kappa

In all seriousness, the F22A6 has quite a bit of grunt while being silky smooth. Same HP as the B18B1, but you can drive around at 2500rpm all day. Stock vs stock comparison, of course.

If anyone knows the owner of this car they'd understand.

He's a SOHC pioneer.

This was his old track beast.. 10sec SOHC, garage built.

fliptuner 08-02-2016 09:31 PM

I know danz knows his shit. For me it's more the fact that most buyers wouldn't have a clue what to do with it, without his expertise. It's actually a lot of car for the price.

tofu1413 08-02-2016 10:03 PM

hmm.. put in a LSD transmission onto that teg and it'll be a nice track day car.

that extra torque is nice!

Any car from outside BC is gonna be rusty, especially Ontario and east. Sask cars are also gonna have shot suspension since their roads are garbage.

These are both 240xxx KM's, quite high and therefore high upcoming maintenance costs are keeping me away from these. What do you guys think?
