i was talking about this with a vw friend who is looking for one and and he said he was told by a local dealer he wants to buy an s5 from that it shows as being an ex-east coast US car? not sure if it is true because my friend is trying to negotiate the price down on a s5 in their lot.

Why wouldn't your friend just run a carproof on it? That will answer the question as well as a lot of other key information he should know before he considers dropping $28K on a car.

1979 honda civic 2 door with trunk. 4 spd standard. Daily driver everything works, minor rust on rocker panel and small hole in trunk. Comes with some extra parts.
