Kind of ugly as sin, but it seems he may not be expecting much of an offer.

Just for kicks.. E30 M3 - true driver. 345 kms! Probably will end up an obscene price despite condition and mileage. I looked at a 1990 Porsche 911 C2 (964) with 365kms a few years back. It was in horrific condition compared to this.

I LOVE IT SWEETJESUS

Also, contacted the 325 touring for sale today, no response. Me thinks it may be a fake ad.

If it's been stored that much it might be a very clean shell.

Once upon a time back in June I had the great idea to celebrate Summer by buying this convertible but I sort of forgot we already had two beaters and it turns out owning three cars in Vancouver with limited parking space isn't the best thing ever so this car's being kicked to the curb !

But I figured..."Instead of selling this ride for market value (likely millions) why not make somebody's Summer and give them this sick hot woke hooptie for FREE."

So here it is in all its glory:

a 1991 Dodge Shadow convertible !

FOR FREE.

The ride was originally black cherry colored but I wasn't having any of that. I took some burgundy interior house paint and a roller to 'er and now this shadow is coated in luxurious latex paint. The paint stays on surprisingly good, and no need to ever wash this car, just roll a fresh coat of paint on it. Save money on expensive car washes!!! - just roll a new coat of burgundy paint on it when it gets dirty.

Don't drive? Don't have a license? No problem. This FREE giveaway includes more than $50 worth of gas in the tank so just come siphon out the gas and stand on the side of the road and sell it for CASH to passing motorists.

Includes:
-detachable faceplate CD stereo
-two full face visors to protect you from the blazing sun
-dent in passenger door (100% FREE!)

I honestly don't know or care if the roof goes up and you shouldn't either for crying out loud. This is a convertible for pete's sake harden up and drive with the top down all year long 'til the break of dawn.

OR ELSE.

Tell me why I should give you this car and come High Noon this Friday I'll be giving away to the most worthy persona just in time for the weekend.

Pitch Deadline is 11:59pm PDT Thursday Aug. 18

Imagine yourself driving the Sea to Sky highway with the free Disco House CD blaring as the wind flows over the burgundy hood and across your hair...or perhaps you want to do reverse burnouts in the Burquitlam Plaza parking lot.....this could be you !

So quit drooling on your screen, tell me why YOU deserve this amazing FREE Car !

Bring-A-Trailer = Bring-Your-Checkbook

That E30 M3 is really nice but I'm not sure if I'm shocked or choked that it's already at $30K USD with 6 days remaining. That's just crazy but maybe that's just the world we're living in now.

604STIG 08-18-2016 07:53 AM

Guy giving away the free convertible is the same guy that traded a red paper clip with someone and worked his way up to trading for a house in Saskatchewan.

Aircooled 911s (non-turbo and non-993), cool Alfas, BMW 2002s, and all variants of E30s ESPECIALLY M3s are the defacto big bids on BaT. :lol

jasonturbo 08-18-2016 08:30 AM

If there is anyone in this thread who lives in K-town that can look at a car for me, it would be very much appreciated. Must be someone with a brain etc that can pick apart shitty body work - please PM me.

I won't pay you, but you can tell people that we're friends and make up stories about how we chilled on my boat in Monaco etc.

flagella 08-18-2016 11:15 AM

You can also take Jason's GT4 for a spin for the work.

haha i see I'm not the only one who has fought this uphill battle.

fliptuner 08-18-2016 03:53 PM

On car brake lathe or unbolt the hub and swap the rotor if the bearing's still good. Hub and bearing stay together.

You guys change the wheel bearings on every rotor change? :fuckthatshit:
