I checked out this car at GCVW this year with a for sale sign on it. Looks clean. Paint was good, body is straight.
They're not hiding anything about it being from a yard - I'd have it inspected of course.
You're a glutton for punishment if you're even considering a B5 S4 though, unless you're very very handy.

That SVT is in pretty bad shape and crazy high mileage... But no it's not a hard car to find parts for.

I'm really surprised no one could find that part in a salvage F-150

^ Already posted. But that is a good buy IMO. Could probably knock it down a few hundred and you have a fast Honda wagon for cheap. Great family car.
Then again I'm obsessed with wagons

price is falling hard. wasn't this something like $14k a few pages back?
i don't know if you guys remember but a few years back this used to have domani/acura el front bodywork (i was told by someone it has been in a front end collision and was repaired as such before being shipped here) and was first for sale at the vancouver kia dealership for awhile before getting the nose job to what you see now...

judging by the grill and fender, and the slight different shade of white on the front end, yes this should be the one that had the Domani front end on.

this is what I was told when the car was still at kia... with the EL front end Quote:
There is a huuugeee hit on it. This was the lot managers car at Kia, he rearended someone at a light and completely fucked the front. It had to have a brand new front end put on including rad support and further back where the apron was all pushed in. I believe the frame was also quite damaged in the accident. It will not show on carfax as ICBC wouldn't cover it, and I wouldn't be sure about the quality of work done on it as I know it was done cheap.

The blue ITR that pops up every now and then. Sitting on slipstreams with winters.
The owner has parts and labour lined up ready to go but opts to store it in the garage... wat.
Inb4 track car comments.
