The purple tint is a nice touch as well. Very Surrey.

Buy it and you'll find out how much "all-in" cost is.

1992 acura gs-r

It's not a hot buy for the $7000 price, but you'd be hard pressed to find another one in this condition. Juat by the pictures, it's the nicest local GS-R that's popped up in recent years. I've always considered them overrated because it's just a DA with a B17. But for some, the DB2 has that nostalgia factor, especially for former owners.

And he upped the price from $4500 to $5000.

In the many years of ownership when I had my s2k, I have seen way too many people using v-tech on the forum.

It's Vancouver Auto Liquidation.

Probably one of the most notorious used car dealerships in the Lower Mainland...one of the worst.

All their cars are a few grand under standard retail price...for good reason.

tofu1413 09-19-2016 09:42 PM

yeah... questionable how that car really is...

that car with that km would be a nice retail piece for most dealers.

hud 91gt 09-20-2016 06:41 AM

This has been for sale for a while, but looks like he just had the clutch replaced now.

From the ad it looks like a good car. Way better then those $8000 fibreglass jobs that have been posted up in the last year.

1970 Datsun 240Z - $16,500 Saanich, Victoria - MOBILE

Edit: originally it was a carb'd turbo setup, he doesn't list it in the ad anymore?

604STIG 09-20-2016 10:42 AM

Gonna go take a look at this if I get a call back from the seller. Any chance anyone knows this car or anything in particular to look out for or be weary of? I have no experience with Acura's.

2002 Acura RSX Grey

SpeedStars 09-20-2016 10:53 AM

3Rd gear grind, leaky taillight gaskets, check for oil leaks around vtec solenoid/valve cover, wheel arches for rust. Etc usual honda stuff. I would say that the rsx is generally a bullet proof car and at 300k kms if those are highway kms you've got plenty of life left

Jgresch 09-20-2016 12:01 PM

Cold start it to check for starter grind

SSM_DC5 09-20-2016 12:06 PM

The hatch cover is missing. Door actuator on passenger side tends to stop working before the other 2.

Overseas Auto1 09-20-2016 01:11 PM

thats a leather car. Thats at least the 2nd up from the bottom.

twitchyzero 09-20-2016 06:04 PM

7.8k redline and bose deck

dear Lord. This thread is dangerous. Trying really hard to resist. Imagine both this and my accord in the garage :tears::tears::megusta: I will sulk in their originality and oem goodness.

What kind of owner preserves this car? Too freaking cool. Mad respect. Probably some old Filipino man Lol.

Is it a type S? Looks more like a premium with leather options to me...
Also did he just drop 1k on the price? Its at 2k right now...if its a type S.....
:sweetjesus: I agree this thread is dangerous

Edit:nvm saw the tach and Bose deck...

twitchyzero 09-20-2016 09:59 PM

Thank god I despise that colour. I was just talking to a few buddies that I desperately want a da9 gsr, but if any come up for sale they are always high km Surrey hack jobs. But the colour on this one... Total deal breaker
