No, thats a dual chamber intake. They were popular at the time. I think they gave extra sound.

It was the J's Racing Tsuchinoko intake that started it all.

The volume chamber was designed to increase low end torque, really though it was just adopted by fucboi's everywhere.. best intake for B series is still 3" SRI with velocity stack or CT/Mugen box.
