Right click - reverse google image search.

Comes up right away as a car in vegas.

ALWAYS reverse image search CL ads - even with local plates. Even if it's the correct car you might find a forum post, or a previous sale ad with more info about the vehicle - good or bad.

Lol, all that work and uses fake 3 piece wheels

westopher 11-02-2016 09:25 PM

It sure looks cool, but thats a car I'd be scared to spend money on. Looks a little.......hacky..... for lack of a better word.
Not like, "hey this is a race car so I don't care" but a "hey I have a cage, knockoff wheels, and harnesses that are about 1/8th as safe as 25 year old stock safety equipment."

Port Man 11-02-2016 09:31 PM

the welds on the roll cage... I would cut that out and have someone re-do it :heckno:

It's weird, I've seen different sets of XXRs on the local Lancia Delta HFs. There's this one and also a white one.

Fully prepped classic racecar! With XXRs...

Edit: one of them

if that bothers you then you should see the welds on the M4 GTS

I think the bolt pattern are 5x98 on the Lancias.

But most proper look would be of course Gloss white Speedline wheels.... as intended from factory.

Welding a cage in a coupe is rather difficult. If you have full access to the rear via doors, like the cage in the delta, its nice and easy... get in a comfortable position. Weld away. Not sure what happened... machine wasn't set up properly or user error... I would be embarrassed to list that for sale.

To keep from being OT these are pretty cool. Already EFI. Solid axle swap and be a cool summer cruiser/off roader

2000 Acura TL 3.2
I think the car has got a few hick ups like something with the radio
Transmission was done under warranty. Pretty hard to find a 16 year old vehicle original owner and never serviced anywhere but the dealer.

still worrisome. on a side note... mister transmission in burnaby has acura TL's like this one in their service loaner fleet. i guess they were given up by customers who dragged them in with dead transmissions and could not afford the repairs :o

I sold my clean title 02 TL-S with a rebuilt transmission under warranty for less than that (Had similar kms too).

Don't think the number of ownership really matters when cars become this cheap. It plays some role, but not enough to add an extra $1000 premium.
Most people just perform a quick mechanical checkup, History and invoices and either decide the Go or No from that matter
