Not really rare. And that's a USDM car. Maybe it's just me, but why bother importing a car that you can readily buy up here

^ Lots of the 04' - 07' GD's i've seen where Ex USA... i think that was because the Canadian dollar Was much stronger 10 years ago... so made more sense to buy and import...

If you can't afford the payment (on that E60 M5), you definitely couldn't afford the maintenance...

That looks like the hood isn't closed... could be wrong though.
