That V8 engine is actually not a very good one, the V6 before it was far superior.

Never understood what the big deal is with those Taurus. Who gives a shit if it has V8 when it looks so ugly? Would you really roll in that? Be happy with some sleeper status? Dafuq? All I can think of when I sit in that car with such an ugly interior is how I would want to slit my fucking wrist.

It's like a woman who's intelligent but ugly. Would you date Janet Yellen?

Lol. I would never rock one (However the previous generation taurus' I totally wouldn't mind) but I love that these cars still exist. It's awesome to see weird 90's perforance cars like that supercharged buick a few members have on here and cars like Mazda Millenia S's around in immaculate shape.

rather take my chances with a C or a E. at least it will look and drive more like a real mercedes when it isn't constantly breaking down.

Find a manual one, non turbo. They hold up better. Interior trim paint wears out easily, but otherwise the interiors are pretty solid.

My mom drives one and sure enough, she had to get transmission replaced as well. Didn't know if it was just hers but then it appears this is common. Damn MB ... should have replaced for free, car was just out of warranty and it costed $4K.

MB wouldn't replace this R63's engine for a known design issue with the headbolts either... madman is rebuilding it on his own.
