I'd say this is a legitimate good buy. https://vancouver.craigslist.ca/rds/cto/5978445739.html
Full disclosure -- I know the seller as an acquaintance, and he has always seem to me like he is a solid, stand up guy.

My brother has one (but in auto) it's a fantastic wagon, hauls a tonne. Roomy, comfy, great heated seats. Turning circle is pretty atrocious though

That E38 is a pal pof mines and that car is the definition of a great buy, super well maintained and all the work that has been done is of high quality.
Someone should definitely scoop that up, shave their head and cop an accent haha

Bit of a cult following on these 'sleeper' wagons 300hp engine with AWD ... this one is pretty high mileage but the listed price is not bad (assuming you can talk him down some), and it's manual, making it a bit of a unicorn (and no worries about the auto trans which usually goes on these)!
04 Volvo V70R, AWD, 280K kms, 6 speed manual, $6995 https://vancouver.craigslist.ca/bnc/ctd/5976969186.html
