2011 BMW 335i manual with 120k for $20K.

Previously posted but thought it was sold. I emailed the dealer and it's still around. One $2K claim on it. Other 2011s are listed for a lot more money - $25K or so.

Going to see it tomorrow but leery of any 5 year old BMW with no warranty especially one with that 3L turbo. Thoughts?

$30K would be a good deal. For $35K you should be able to get a 2009 or 2010 with similar mileage.

^^^ ad says sold anyways, for 08s check to see if clutch has been replaced on manuals, expensive on the 08s to upgrade to newer one. Changed the material for 09+

And the one below (wagon) has been for sale for a while, same pics as when it was posted before

Nice e92, reasonable price. Wouldn't say its a steal, but looks very nice.

For a laugh....Poorly modded e36 m3 with rebuilt title and fucked fenders for 12k.

Beware of rebuilt, but very cheap and AMAZING colour combo e46. Great for someone who wants a daily to not worry a crazy amount about.

get an aftermarket warranty?

vitaminG 02-03-2017 12:56 PM

^

i think most of the issues were with the fuel pump and turbos on the n54 models, that one is n55. beyond that i dont think they had any other major issues beyond typical bmw stuff like oil leaks everywhere and all the bushings needing replacement by now

Help me spend my money, keep your eyes peeled for a 2004 VW R32 please :)

The n55 engines are significantly more reliable than n54 in the earlier years, just not as receptive to mods. My only gripe would be x-drive since its more maintenance stuff unless that is something you're specifically looking for. In a 2011 model a lot of the biggest issues have been sorted out like rattling Turbo Wastegates, HFPF or DSC/ABS module failing (google this, this one is a fun one...).

Are there any aftermarket warranties that aren't total crap though?

Yah, I skipped over it at first thinking it was a scam. Emailed the seller yesterday afternoon, haven't heard back yet.

Yellow, BBS wheels (RK prone to spoke cracking), slightly different suspension.. that's about it.

I always liked the color, but he is asking 7K too much lol
