The only car that matters is a Honda/Acura with v6 and 6-speed  I miss my car.... |
https://vancouver.craigslist.ca/rch/cto/6073164216.html 2000 AP1 S2000, 93000km, AP2 front, $21000. S2000 tax in play but not absurdly overpriced. |
https://vancouver.craigslist.ca/rds/pts/6050152185.html can get a EK sedan for EF pricing now... not a bad deal. |

https://vancouver.craigslist.ca/van/cto/6073213453.html Not bad for an individual color, local bc car! Price: $15,500 "I'm selling my 1998 E36 M3. Local car, no accidents. It's sitting on Eibach springs, and H&R shocks. Hamann Exhaust (not too noisy) and a nice light set of three piece Hamann Wheels. I wasn't expecting to sell after only a year, so last summer I asked Nixon Automotive to sort out the few issues the car had when I bought it. Rear Trailing Arm Bushings (limiter added) Front Bushings Flex Disk Shifter Seal Fan and AC belt both replaced Valve cover gasket replaced Rear Brake Rotors Hawk HP Plus pads all around (great stopping power, but a little noisy) Fluids I ended up buying another car I was considering, and living downtown with three cars doesn't work (as the wife is happy to tell me). The interior is in great shape, with black leather Vader seats. The tires weren't new when I bought it, and I've done two auto-x's so the front tires are a little rounded. Other than that it's all ready for a new home!" |
lol - i remember last time that car was in this thread. it was a good deal before - and it looks like the dodgy stuff has been dealt with. |
That car isn't an individual colour, but agreed, it's a nice price. I've seen it in person. It's rougher than mine body wise for sure, but the wheels are awesome and it's a great looking car. Sounds like the new owner put some good maintenance into it in a short time. Honestly someone should jump on it. |

I basically got it into decent shape again so I'd feel happy taking it to the track (booked for May with speed syndicate). Figured I'd take the 996 instead. D |
^^ you bought the yellow one on the island? congrats man. hope you got a good deal as there was definitely room to negotiate on that one. |
Nice, congrats on the 996. If you ever feel like writing an essay comparing the two I know someone who'd like tho read it! Hope you get asking for the car, but it shouldn't be hard. |
Congrats! ^^and 2nd |

For that reason I'm out. |
I have no clue if this is a good buy or not, but I passed by it on the weekend and thought about this thread and the s2k love/hate ;) 2007 Honda S2000 for sale in Penticton, British Columbia | 10560318 |
Dakar yellow E36 M3 no accidents?! Oh man.. so much want Spoiler! |
It's amazing how much S2000 prices have skyrocketed over the past few years. I remember seriously considering one in 2014 and even into early 2015 and a nice stock low km AP2 was going for low-to-mid 20s. There was a yellow 2007 with 70k km on it, clean Carproof, 1 owner in 108 Mile Ranch that I nearly pulled the trigger on in January 2015, but I couldn't justify spending the (extremely reasonable in retrospect) $22k on it at the time. Now they're easily another $10-15k. |
I did myself a favour, was going to buy a S2K years ago and then drove one, didn't like the powerband or seating arrangement and went on my merry way, haven't cared since yay! I know I'm in a minority but at least I don't have to cry at today's prices hahaha |

drove one two years ago, "wheres the pull sub 5krpm..." next week i drove a 3.0 Z4, :derp::ahwow: talk about pull at 3krpm bought the car as soon as we parked back at the seller place. Not even going to mention less road noise, interior way more premium. S2000 is just... sexy, yeah its still on my list to own, regardless of the above. |
I just want...a sporty honda guise.....I am always second in line... :QQ: |

Was really really looking into financing a Used 07-08 S2000 when they were high 20s - 30k a few years back... then gave it some thought...... could've gotten an even better roadster for the same money: a Z4 M roadster. Got to drive them quite a few times when i was a lot guy back then... (although the S2000 was a better looking car) just the sheer driving dynamics and excitement of the M roadster blows a stock S2000 out of the water. S2000's are great... but there are better cars out there that drive just as well, if not better for the same money. |
https://vancouver.craigslist.ca/rds/cto/6071470860.html Clean title Tl type-s with 117k miles for 9750 |
The Z4 M roadsters are commanding >30k - 35k now. How are the 3.0 Z4's? Are they fun to drive. since they are all around <20k |
