Someone mentioned that the seller would take $8,500 last year for that ITR. Needed a bottom end rebuild, clutch, paint, etc. Keep it long enough and it'll be worth $15K. Lol!!

Friend was interested in that before he ran a car proof on it. Has multiple claims, big hit on the front twice, couple theft claims , and a rear end claim.

Fake ad? Never know with these cars, passionate owners and sellers would have multiple pictures and a huge writeup. Sigh its come to that point that even a 40k s2000 is classified as fairly priced, but not a good buy. Should take 5000 off for painting those brake calipers red.

What mods and parts the owner has on the car, speaks alot about how much they care about the car. Usually it's a good sign if they cheap on maintenance and other stuff

2002 V70 T5, 155K, $5K. If you're in the market for something like this - a functional, stealth, fun wagon, this one is a rare find and a pretty good price if everything checks out.

2009 Subaru STI Hatch, $18000. I was in the process of making a deal with him when I purchased another vehicle. You could probably talk him down a tad more.

^^ I know the owner, though sadly I have not seen the vehicle in person. That being said I have no shadow of doubt it's completely amazing show room condition. The owner is meticulous and crazy with OEM plus stuff lol

westopher 04-07-2017 04:59 PM

No doubt it's incredible, but that price is so out to lunch. Factory built 320is are sitting on the market for months at that price.

320icar 04-07-2017 05:22 PM

I didn't even click the link, no idea what he's asking LOL

what should it be worth?

westopher 04-07-2017 08:23 PM

I'm not sure, but not $44k.
Its a replica of a 320is basically. If an original version of a rare car sells for something, the homage to it, no matter how well done shouldn't cost the same.
You can't sell a GSR with type R parts on it as if its a type R. Who knows though, there are lots of people with more money than sense, and it is beautiful.
I'd think like 25k would be lofty, but plausible.

I want to want one so bad, because it provides 99% of the e30 m3 experience at half the price, but I could never be satisfied until I can look at those boxed arches in my garage on the real deal.

I wanted WB anything (E30, 911, W124, W211, etc..) but then I got old. I still want a 500E (W124) though.

If you got old I don't think you'd be able to get in and out of those buckets in your GT!
