The 04' is probably the worst year for the STi. Completely mechanical diffs, smaller hubs and 5x100 bolt pattern, mechanical HVAC controls, and a far more pedestrian interior than the 05+ models. He has a chinese knockoff IC and rad, and a pointless oem turbo upgrade on a stock fuel system. I wish this guy good luck in his sale, and good luck to the buyer too. I wouldn't touch this car.

That is a pretty good price considering 996 TT's have taken off the past few years. Modified cars are often priced lower because collectors don't have a lot of interest in them. Makes for a good deal for those who just want to drive them.

Jesus the porsche tax is even hitting 996s. A few years ago, this would be a stretch for someone to pay $45K for a 100K 2001 996 TT. The 2001s were less desirable due to a less stiff chassis.
