The 2004 VW R32 I "bought" a month ago is back up for sale, seller got cold feet, came back to me about it a couple days ago and I declined.

Though I've not seen the car, another user on here as stated it is in decent shape.

Is this comparable to the R32 ^ ? Maybe even more practical, 4 door hatch. I wouldn't pay $13K for this but ...

That one is rebuilt iirc as stated by another member.

I've always liked the styling of the MK4, but shied away from the R32 as I have a preference to 4-door hatches. But after doing some digging I found out that there were versions produced in 4-door, and they've hit 15 years by now in RHD flavour. :fullofwin:

The JDM R32's I've seen are LHD. Did they build a RHD R32 for the Japanese market?

Lacks the dreamy Konig seats. That was one of the things that keeps me from buying another A4 (or an A3) is that flat as a pancake drivers seat.

Also love me a 997 C2S. It might be IMS worries keeping the price down. IMS failure affected 997 2006-2008 models. Engine disassembly is required for the LN Engineering upgrade. You could roll the dice and hope it never fails.

^ if the IMS hasn't gone by 97K kms, I wouldn't worry about it. Since it only effected 10% of all cars, I would roll the dice for sure.....

That 8th gen si civic was a rebuilt .
Was only considering getting it due his condition status saying it was excellent.
The guys stories where all over the place . The cars condition was extremely poor . Lots of rust and random damages. Clearly was not looked at after . Usually a car that's been rebuilt has decent paint and body work, this was not . FYI - got the guy to lower it down to 4400 but even with that price it was still garbage .

Anyone on here pick up this CRX?
