That 997 is a crazy deal so long as it doesn't have accident history

I doubt back in 2005 Porsche offers ceramic brake package for C2S. It was only Turbo S and GT2/3 that have the option to upgrade if I remember correctly.

edit: However it has yellow and 6 pistons caliper on the first pictures which indicate it's ceramic brake package. Regardless it's a good buy for sure. You can always resell the ceramic brake package for $$ and spend half of them to put on regular brake which is good enough for C2S anyways. Or just be a baller driving it around, those should last 100k km.

Lol, yeah I wasn't confusing carbon rotors with ceramic brake pads, thanks.

:rukidding:

The yellow calipers are a dead giveaway.

Yeah I've known him for many years. It's probably a case of the "id sell for the right price" kind of thing, not that he actually wants to

Did some searching and is fake ad. Original ad maybe in Ontario, $30K which is still low but might have some accident history.

I guess a man managed to find a spare motor for it and making a quick flip

Don't have a craiglist posting because it's a private through a Chinese website (http://www.vanpeople.com/c/1463794.html)

What do you guys think of a 2012 Audi A5 S-line, 82000km, white on black for $20,000? Has some side damage that needs to be fixed for ~750$.

Thanks

Teriyaki 07-18-2017 06:38 PM

Ad is gone. And that website gave me cancer.

I think it's the Tom's rear/Greddy's side flares out the rear. Looks sad on stock wheels.

Don't the stock wheels come with pins so you can't do that anyway, albeit it they are removable.

Pretty sure that MR2 is the same one an old high school buddy bought about 5-6 years ago, which then sat in his driveway for years under a tarp.

If I remember correctly, the car has a rebuilt status, and he paid only maybe $3000 - 3500 for it.
