Well, this is a weird one. Not too sure if it's worth THAT much, but would possibly be a collector plate candidate?

bcuzracecarz 07-19-2017 06:14 PM

1998 BMW Alpina B10

vitaminG 07-19-2017 07:55 PM

tofu1413 07-19-2017 09:40 PM

Jordan's car is very clean, and presents well. Doesn't wear the higher mileage on it's appearance at all.

I think if you could negotiate this one down a bit that it's a good buy.

Silver is the best colour for 4 doors IMO

That looks like a really good deal, are sedans really that less desirable than coupes? Usually e36 coupes are 10k+ and everyone says its a good deal. I'd be all over this if I was still in the market for an e36.

westopher 07-20-2017 01:27 PM

I mean at that point it really comes down to mileage. 200k miles is a lot. I totally think it's a good deal though. Jordan made the car to be reliable as he was using it as a family living hauler so I'd trust it regardless of the mileage. You wouldn't get my e36 from me for more than double that even.

Save a Volvo 240DL for the price of a bottle of Scotch.

Have been told by +Kardboard+ (the man, the myth, the legend) the water pump is reasonably easy to DIY. Would make for a good project car.

cdizzle_996 07-20-2017 05:01 PM

Beater anyone?

I wonder if you brought a bottle, and a water pump if he'd let you do it where it sits, then drive it home.

I know where this car is and judging from the house and address, I'm sure he wouldn't care if you fixed it on the spot. He'd probably just crack open the bottle and watch you do it.
