Guy already has a line-up outside his house, but just in case you want to try your luck - pretty clean manual, decent mileage, 993 C2 for $30k.

1989 Mazda 323

Pretty clean 323 and they claim to have no rust but idk. Ad is a bit old so it's probably sold.

Just out of curiosity, a quick google search says that V10 engine is approximately 500 lbs.
T-56 tranny is around 130 lbs.

Stock S2000 engine and tranny is around 460 lbs.

I can only find one thing saying 500lbs, and it doesn't say how it's dressed. Realistically the whole setup is probably 300lbs heavier than the F20.

Solid deal. Likely a US model with 120k miles (193,000 kms). Curious did he have the price listed before because there is no price in the ad?

Yeah. Wikipedia says it is around 500 lbs for the V10 but no mention is that with the headers, starter, alternator, fluids.

The F20 weight was from an S2ki member who was shipping a motor, transmission, ecu and harness and had a picture of everything sitting on a scale. No headers or alternator. Not sure if it still had the starter.

So I can agree with a 300 lb difference.

Yup, price was listed initially. I e-mailed him an hour after posting and he already had people in line - crazy.

Smart man - list it low to get a lot of people excited, bidding war ensues and in the excitement someone will probably buy it for more than it' worth without thinking about it

Probably smartened up after waking up to hordes of e-mails and voice mails.

The one thing I'm curious on is that it's a 1994. 993s were only made from 95-98 aren't they? Unless this is a super early delivery car somehow.

Still available as of 1pm according to the seller. Don't think I can swing buying 2nd one.

Really poor ad and it sounds like they had no idea about the price increases on air cooled 911's in the last year. He did not answer my question about accidents/rebuild etc. Confirmed US car.

There were 1994's delivered in Europe and Australia for sure. I didn't think there was any for USA but who knows. Or this could be an import.

94 cab LHD delivered to Switzerland:

Been on Craigslist for a while and he is slowly lowering the price. Make sure to get it inspected but it is a decent buy if you are looking for one.
