Might not be a ZHP. A quote from BimmerWiki:

I'd argue that it has a M-Sport II Package, but I'd argue my 02 is a closer ZHP than that car. Run the VIN on bimmer.work : VIN Decoder for BMW, look for S767. That should be the best indicator of if it's a REAL ZHP or not.
