Maybe? Has the timing belt and water pump been done recently? It's a $1200 job. Also doesn't have ABS and I'm not sure it has AC.

If it has A/C and the belt has been done it's likely a solid deal.

Why does A/C matter? It's a convertible after all (and we're in Vancouver)...

You wouldn't be able to understand unless you've driven an AC-less convertible in bumper to bumper traffic in the middle of summer.

could be one of the "fire lanes" in north van, on the side of mt. seymour had to make a delivery down there one time, was totally crazy, you end up in a little cul-de-sac with the water literally right there.

indian river drive, north woodlands, north vancouver. i was part of a work crew long ago fixing a cottage out there and got stuck in a 2wd truck with an open diff because some of the hairpins are so tight and steep one of the drive wheels would lift off the ground and all you get is tire smoke and cursing :ahwow:

i remember that. i don't know if the place is still there but one of the residents in that cul de sac is some sort of land rover enthusiast and he used a old chassis frame as a cattle fence gate to his property (trust me it looks better than it sounds :lol )

thats the road to Woodlands, north of Deep Cove

Indian River road is fun on small cc motorcycles and scooters but its mostly a 40kph road. 1.5 lanes wide. Little traffic but you really cant open up the throttle with a car and its probably only a 5 min drive to the end.. The old marine way drive is better or heading out to harrison on the backroads and over the dam is way better of a drive.

You coming Monday to the gondola with CCA? We can hit it up one of the ways there or back :p
